If you are on regular medication, you may order your repeat prescription using the computer slip listing the drugs last received from the pharmacist. Just hand this slip in to our receptionist.
Alternatively order your repeat prescription using our online service. The practice will send you a generic message to let you know that your request has reached us and is being actioned. Should you therefore not receive this confirmation, please get in touch with us.
IMPORTANT NOTE. Do NOT use this form to request prescriptions which are not on your repeat list. Also, if you have a repeat list from another Practice and you have just joined us, do NOT use this form. Please make an appointment with one of the GPs or Nurses to discuss your medication. Finally, do NOT use this form to communicate anything other than a request for repeat prescriptions. Our systems do not allow for this
Please do not allow yourself to run out of medication and allow a minimum of 2 working days to process your prescription request.
We regret repeat prescription requests cannot be taken over the phone.
